Manual Liquid-Cream Filling Machine

Manually operated filling machine for liquid, cream and paste products. Filling volume is adjustable from 3 to 100 ml (0.1 to 3.3 oz) per stroke. The Unit operates on the volumetric filling principle and is a further development of the 'Perpetua'pump system. The filling accuracy is +/-1.5% in 3-10 ml range and +/-1% in 10-100 ml range.Output is up to 1000 fills per hour dependent of the viscosity, container and dosing volume. Product hopper has a capacity of approx.6 liters (1.58 gallons). The simple construction allows safe and easy cleaning. All parts coming in contact with product are made of stainless steel or teflon. The Unit could be sterilized (>200 deg.C) and comes in anodized blue finish.
