The Filler STP is Pneumatically operated filling machine
for liquid and cream products. At the heart of the filling system is an interchangable patented metering pump.
Five different pumps are available dependent of the filling volume. All components that come in contact with the product are made of either stainless steel or teflon.The Pump could be sterilized (>200°C > 2h). This machine incorporates a digital impulse drive system which allows the operator to push foot switch to start operation and select either single cycle or continuous operation with variable cycle time.

Agitator
Electrically driven stirrer with speed of 30 rpm.

Mixing Blades
The mixing blades are used for the products requiring stirring during filling process.

Suction Pipe
The suction pipe is used to withdraw product from the large containers (barrel,tank etc.)

Heated hoppers
Temperature control system for products requiring heating.
