Uphill Deduster VDS-150

The Tablet and Capsule deduster VDS-150 is a upward conveying and dedusting system for tablets and capsules. Dedusting is achived through vibration, compressed air and vacum dust extraction. The tablets are pushed by adjustable vibration up long perforated stainless steel tray to shake off the dust and compressed air blows it through central dust collector. The dust is finally removed through the central tube . Vibration is easily adjustable using a Digital Vibration Controller. All parts coming in contact with product are made of stainless steel type 316L and cover is made of acrylic. VDS 150 is a modular system where same machine could be switched to different heights with additional changeover parts.
