Plastic Tube Sealing Machines

Electro-pneumatic impulse sealing system for plastic and laminate tubes. Sealing parameters including sealing time,pressing time, cooling time and pressure are easily adjustable. The sealing cycle is 15 to 25 sec. and the output is 330 to 1800 tubes per hour, depending of tube diameter. Machine has weld seam width of 5 mm and accept tubes up to 260 mm long.

Single tube sealing machine for sample runs. Seals plastic tube in seconds. The machine have adjustable cycle time indicated by control light. Pressure is manually applied.

We custome manufacture Multi-Tube Holders for use with Sealing and Coding machines. Sample tubes are required with a order.
